When mounted to your heatsink, these 50-Ω terminations dissipate 250 W with a 1.35:1 maximum VSWR.

BroadWave Technologies' model 552-305-250 is a 50-Ω, 250-W-average, DC-to-3-GHz load with an N male connector. These space-saving, conduction-cooled terminations mount to the designer’s heatsink. They exhibit 1.35:1 maximum VSWR with an operating temperature range of –40 to +85℃.

Originally designed for the wireless-infrastructure industry, these terminations have also been deployed in military communication systems, field and laboratory test environments, as well as in tower-site applications. Other connector types such as average-power, conduction-cooled terminations and conduction-cooled fixed attenuators are also available.
