    AR Worldwide Modular RF has introduced a solid-state linear amplifier module designed for code-division-multiple-access (CDMA) measurement applications. Model CMS1040 delivers 20 W nominal output power with 54 dB nominal gain from 1930 to 1999 MHz. The rugged amplifier, which meets FCC specifications for digital modulation, is unconditionally stable and protected from over-temperature, over-power, DC failure, and VSWR mismatches.
