In addition to deploying tools for automation, companies also must educate their workforce and reskill them to work with them. By implementing new technologies, workers can rise into higher-level, more tech-focused roles. These new technologies matched with a newly skilled workforce will reinvigorate manufacturing processes. We speak to Gustavo Sepulveda, the Process Automation Business Head at Panasonic, about their work with companies to enhance manufacturing operations.
