The PX and PY series of surface-mount programmable crystal oscillators from Taitien Electronics measure just 2.5 x 2.0 mm and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. They can generate frequencies from 1 to 200 MHz and operate on supply voltages of +1.8, +2.5, or +3.3 VDC. They feature low standby current of 10 microamperes in order to extend battery life in mobile and portable applications. The crystal oscillators achieve frequency stability as good as 20 PPM over various operating temperature ranges.
