  • The TUFF-FLEX VNA series serves more demanding production, engineering, and high-cycle test environments where additional ruggedization, connector protection, torque resistance, and long-term durability are critical. These assemblies are designed to withstand more aggressive handling conditions while maintaining stable RF performance up to 40 GHz.
  • The APEX VNA series addresses advanced microwave and mmWave applications requiring exceptional phase stability, signal integrity, and precision performance into frequencies reaching 120 GHz. The platform is intended for demanding aerospace, defense, semiconductor, research, and next-generation communications applications.

All of these cables are designed to support modern VNAs and microwave instrumentation platforms from leading manufacturers including Anritsu, Copper Mountain Technologies, Keysight Technologies, Rohde & Schwarz, and Tektronix.
