March 15, 2017
A woman-owned, Huntsville, Ala. company recently earned NASA’s Agency-Level 2016 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award.

NASA recently notified Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA) that it had won the space agency’s prestigious Agency-Level 2016 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award. This recognition comes on the heels of earning the agency’s Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Award earlier in the year.

CSSA is a woman-owned small business that supports customers in the Department of Defense (D0D), NASA, and the commercial sector with software engineering, systems engineering, and process improvement services.

NASA recently awarded its Agency-Level 2016 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award to Cepeda Systems

“NASA has a large number of small companies in its supply chain,” said  Sandra Cepeda, president and CEO of CSSA. “Only God could orchestrate a company of 43 people from Huntsville, Ala. winning such an extraordinary award.”
