Active Mixer Spans 300 MHz to 6 GHz

Feb. 19, 2014
An active mixer provides conversion gain from 300 MHz to 6 GHz.

Model LTC5577 is an active mixer with RF and local oscillator (LO) frequency range of 300 MHz to 6 GHz and intermediate-frequency (IF) bandwidth of 1 to 1500 MHz. The mixer boasts 0.7-dB conversion gain and noise figure of 11.5 dB. Suitable for a large number of cellular bands as well as in test equipment and microwave radios, the mixer achieves an input third-order intercept point (IIP3) of +30 dBm. It is powered by a single +3.3-VDC supply at 180 mA and is supplied in a 4 × 4 mm QFN package. P&A: starting at $6.75 each in 1000 qty.
