Designed for commercial and military applications requiring robust power-handling capability, model MASW-011030 is a single-pole, three-throw (SP3T) PIN diode switch for applications from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. Designed in a common-anode configuration, the switch can handle 100 W continuous-wave (CW) incident power at a base-plate temperature of +85°C. The compact component achieves 40-dB isolation with only 0.35-dB insertion loss at 2 GHz and more than 15 dB input return loss. It is 1B human-body-model (HBM) electrostatic-discharge (ESD) rated. The switch is supplied in a 7-mm HWFN 16-lead plastic package and is suitable for both high-power CW and pulsed signal operation, including in land-mobile radios and other military communications applications.
