Model 2372A-2 is a two-way power divider from Narda Microwave-East, an L-3 Communications Co., that is designed for large loads: as much as 250 W CW power from 0.5 to 2.5 GHz. It can handle as much as 2 kW peak power across the full frequency range. The power divider boasts amplitude balance of ±0.25 dB and phase balance between signal paths of ±5 deg. Suitable for commercial and military applications, it measures a mere 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.0 in. with Type N female connectors. It exhibits less than 0.6 dB insertion loss, yet provides at least 13-dB port-to-port isolation from 500 to 700 MHz and 18-dB isolation from 0.7 to 2.5 GHz. The power divider has less than 1.50:1 VSWR across its frequency range.
