These SoCs integrate Bluetooth 6.0 compliant radios with an Arm® Cortex® M33F application processor, RAM, ROM, NVM, Arm TrustZone® security, and state-of-the-art power management. The ATM34/e SoCs deliver the maximum battery life in battery-operated devices. These SoCs are designed to extend battery life for IoT devices, as the radio consumes only 0.95mA in receive and 2.5mA in transmit at 0dBm.
