According to a 210-page market study from Visiongain, “Air and Missile Defence System Market Forecast 2017-2027,” the global market for air and missile defense systems is expected to remain strong for the next decade. The study, which projects a global market of $12.4 billion USD in 2017, breaks the market into different segments. These include long-, medium-, and short-range missiles, in addition to land-, air-, and sea-based systems.

The report features 275 tables, charts, and graphs to provide detailed information on the bases for its projections, with data on all regional and national markets. The study provides a summary of companies representing a “who’s-who” of leading defense contractors, such as BAE Systems, Boeing, General Dynamics Corp., Honeywell, L-3 Communications, Lockheed Martin Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp., and Raytheon Co.
