onsemi MC74HC4060A 14-Stage Binary Ripple Counter is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device with an integrated oscillator. The device features 14 master-slave flip-flops and an oscillator whose frequency can be controlled by an external crystal or RC circuit.
The onsemi MC74HC4060A is pin-compatible with the standard CMOS MC14060B and supports inputs compatible with standard CMOS outputs. The MC74HC4060A Counter also supports LSTTL output compatibility with pull-up resistors, enabling flexible use in mixed-logic environments.
