Keithley Instruments has been recognized for outstanding customer satisfaction by independent evaluation firm VLSI Research. VLSI awarded Keithley with a five-star rating among Process Diagnostics companies, the highest possible rating. The rating is based on a report that measures overall customer satisfaction in a number of categories, including customer service, technical leadership, and product performance. This is the second year in a row that Keithley has received the five-star rating.
