Revolutionary sub-nA Transient Current Measurement

Sept. 15, 2016
Sponsored by Keysight Technologies
Traditional methods of measuring low-current AC waveforms using an oscilloscope have many limitations, including limited dynamic range, insufficient bandwidth and poor signal resolution. Keysight’s new CX3300 Device Current Waveform Analyzers overcome these limitations by providing a 1 GSa/sec sampling rate, up to 200 MHz of bandwidth and measurement resolution down to 100 pA.  A new application note uses NVM cell characterization examples to show how the CX3300's unique capabilities can reveal previously unseen device behavior.
