Model SDC5100D is a miniature broadband RF coupler from Synergy Microwave that spans 5 to 1000 MHz with 20 dB coupling that is flat within a 1-dB coupling window. The typical coupling flatness is within a 0.2-dB window. The mainline insertion loss is typically 0.3 dB through 50 MHz, 0.45 dB through 500 MHz, and 0.65 dB through 1000 MHz. The directivity is typically 30 dB through 500 MHz and 24 dB through 1000 MHz while the maximum input power-handling capability is +30 dBm (1 W). The 50-Ohm coupler measures only 0.500 x 0.375 x 0.150 in. and has typical VSWR of 1.20:1.
