Daico Industries has announced the availability of the model DAMB5111 broadband amplifier for applications from 1 to 8 GHz. The single-stage amplifier provides 8 dB typical gain from 1 to 8 GHz with +16 dBm output power at 1-dB compression. Designed for a single power supply (99 mA at +12 VDC), the rugged amplifier is available in chip or packaged (20-in hermetic) form. The typical input/output VSWR is 1.50:1.
