BOASTING A TRIPLE-THROW DESIGN, the new 2413 switches can support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices from 0.5 to 3.0 GHzeven in the same module. The RF switches also can serve ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4 products. The single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) RF antenna switches, dubbed the uPG2413T6M and the uPG2413T6Z, exhibit 0.35 dB of insertion loss at 1 GHz and 0.50 dB at 2.5 GHz. They offer 26 and 18 dB isolation, respectively, at 1 and 2.5 GHz. The switches handle +28 dBm power at 0.1-dB compression and +31-dBm power at 1-dB compression. P&A: available now; $0.49 for the T6M and $0.39 for the T6Z in 100,000Q.
