Trilithic's RF and Microwave Components division has released a solid-state non-reflective RF switch with a 1-MHz to 4.2-GHz frequency range. Model PS-4.2/2S-5V-TTL-R has a switching speed of 50 dB at 4.2 GHz. It features a 4.0 dB maximum insertion loss, and the operating temperature range is 0 degrees C to +70 degress C.

The 1P2T configuration offers SMA female connectors on all ports and a DB-9 for the TTL control interface. Applications include automated switching systems, switch matrices, and manufacturing test systems. Standard delivery is 5-6 weeks.
