AR Worldwide has developed a compact RF power module for use in commercial and military systems. Model KMW1090 provides 30 W of Class A power from 20 to 1000 MHz with 46 dB minimum gain. The 50-ohm amplifier module draws 5.6 A from a +28-VDC supply and achieves 10 dB typical noise figure and -40 dBc typical harmonics. It is supplied with SMA female connectors.
