Clock Oscillator Reaches 100 MHz

Dec. 19, 2013
A compact clock oscillator is available with frequencies from 1.25 to 100.00 MHz for use in hostile environments.

The T6000ET packaged clock oscillator is available with output frequencies ranging from 1.25 to 100.00 MHz in compact housings measuring just 2.5 × 2.0 × 0.9 mm. Over an extended temperature range of -40 to +125°C, the oscillator achieves frequency stability of ±50 ppm under all operating conditions. It features low current consumption of typically 10 mA when running from supply voltages of +1.8, +2.5, and +3.3 VDC. The jitter is specified at a low 1 ps RMS. The clock oscillator is suitable for use in hostile environments such as down-hole drilling, geothermal instrumentation, aerospace applications, automotive applications, and other outdoor applications.
