Touting their radio-frequency-integrated-circuit (RFIC) solutions for the system chain from “antennas to bits,” Analog Devices will be present at IMS booth No. 2411 to demonstrate the performance of some of their new amplifier, synthesizer, and data-converter integrated circuits (ICs). Booth demonstrations will include the model ADF4159 13-GHz phase-lock-loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer, the model AD9129 digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and numerous low-noise amplifiers (LNAs). The ADF4159 is a fractional-N frequency synthesizer capable of 13-GHz bandwidth. It operates from power supplies from +2.70 to +3.45 VDC. The frequency synthesizer employs a 25-b fixed-modulus architecture for fine frequency tuning and a three-wire serial interface for ease of control.
