Switch Controls 0.1 To 2.7 GHz

July 11, 2012

Model SKY13388-465LF is a symmetrical, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch designed for applications from 100 MHz to 2.7 GHz. Built with a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process, the switch requires only two control lines for operation. The high-performance SP4T switch features typical isolation of better than 30 dB at 1.0 GHz and more than 23 dB at 2.7 GHz. The insertion loss is typically 0.60 dB at 2.2 GHz and 0.65 dB at 2.7 GHz. The switch, which runs on supplies of +2.5 to +5.5 VDC, is rated for +37 dBm maximum input power. It exhibits an input 1-dB compression point of typically +36 dBm from 0.8 to 2.7 GHz, and an input third-order intercept point of typically +65 dBm. The switch is supplied in a compact quad flat no lead (QFN) housing measuring just 2 x 2 mm.
