Phase Shifter Controls 0.5 to 2.0 GHz

Dec. 19, 2014
A digitally controlled phase shifter provided a 360-deg. control range from 500 to 2000 MHz.

Model PS-500M2G-8B-SFF is a digitally controlled phase shifter with frequency range of 500 to 2000 MHz. It provides 360-deg. phase-shift adjustment over that frequency range via 8-b transistor-transistor-log (TTL) control with less than ±10-deg. phase-shift error, less than 10-dB insertion loss, and less than ±1-dB amplitude error. The phase shifter achieves switching speed of 500 ns or less and is supplied in a rugged housing measuring 4.95 × 3.38 × 1.00 in. with SMA female connectors. It operates on ±15 VDC and is rated for operating temperatures from -55 to +85°C.
