The model 2A8BAW X-band Iso-Adapter is designed for applications from 8.2 to 12.4 GHz requiring a transition from waveguide to coaxial lines. Over that frequency range, the unit offers 18-dB isolation between ports with insertion loss of only 0.5 dB. Ideal for protecting sensitive components from input signal overloads, the adapter handles 5 W CW power and 1 W reflected power. It exhibits a typical VSWR of 1.30:1 for operating temperatures from 0 to +65°C. It measures 1.92 x 1.63 x 2.75 in. The unit includes a Type-N female connector at one port and WR90 waveguide interface with UG135/U flange at the other port.
