Littelfuse TVS SPA Diode Arrays are protection devices designed to suppress electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transients, and surge events across communication, power, and portable electronic interfaces.
The devices are built on silicon avalanche technology and emphasize low clamping performance, low leakage, and strong immunity to repetitive transient stress in compact surface-mount packages.
Three devices target different protection needs. The SC712-02HTG is optimized for RS-485 and other asymmetrical-voltage communication interfaces with working voltages from -7V to +12V and 20A surge tolerance.
