This silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole double-throw (SPDT) high-isolation absorptive switch is designed for use in cellular infrastructure, 5G, and other high-performance communication systems. The design is non-reflective, such that the RF1 and RF2 ports are terminated with 50Ω load(s) in the non-throw or OFF state. QPC6122 is compatible with JEDEC standard 1.5V or 1.8V positive control logics.
