The board contains an EiceDRIVER™ 1EDB7275F single-channel isolated gate driver and supports GaN BDS daughter cards via a board-to-board connector.
The Infineon EVAL_GD_BDS_GAN Board helps engineers evaluate bidirectional GaN switch performance during design-in, measurement, and validation workflows. The board supports various GaN bidirectional switches up to 120V and allows users to select the gate-drive return path based on current-flow direction.
