Model ZRO1820A1LF is voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications designed to tune from 1818 to 1822 MHz with a tuning voltage range of +0.5 to +4.5 VDC. It delivers +4.5 dBm typical output power when operating from a +5-VDC supply while drawing 20 mA typical current. The oscillator has typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V and features phase noise of typically -119 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The RoHS-compliant VCO achieves typical second-harmonic suppression of -25 dBc. Supplied in the firm's standard MINI-16-SM surface-mount package, which measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in., the oscillator is available in tape-and-reel format for automated assembly lines.
