Model SYN152 is an X-band direct frequency synthesizer and frequency upconverter from TRAK Microwave. Ideal for airborne applications it measures just 5.46 x 3.74 x 0.41 in. in a laser-welded, hermetically sealed package. It includes X2, X3, X4, and X17 multiplied output ports and exhibits low phase noise from -129 to -151 dBc/Hz depending upon carrier frequency and offset frequency. It provides fast LVTTL switching speed between multiplied X-band output and intermediate-frequency (IF) supplied output.
