Model RFSW6131 is a GaAs pHEMT single-pole, three-throw (SP3T) switch with a symmetric topology. It is capable of operating from low frequencies to as high as 6 GHz with low insertion loss and high linearity. The switch, which is suitable for cellular and other communications applications, is compatible with +3- and +5-V logic. The typical insertion loss is 0.45 dB at 1 GHz, 0.5 dB at 2 GHz, and 0.6 dB at 4 GHz. The isolation between any ports is typically 27 dB at 2 GHz and 24 dB at 4 GHz. The typical switching speed is 25 ns, with rise/fall time of typically 20 ns. The switch is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +85°C. It is supplied in an eight-pin surface-mount package measuring just 1.5 x 1.5 mm. For more information, click here.
