Model ZFSWA2-63DR+ is a general-purpose, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) solid-state switch from Mini-Circuits capable of handling signals from 500 MHz to 6 GHz with only 35 ns switching speed. It provides 65 dB typical isolation between ports at 1 GHz with typically only 1.4 dB insertion loss. The switch operates from control voltages of 3 to 5 V using low supply current of typically 18 A. It is ideal for use in commercial test and military applications and can handle operating temperatures from -55 to +100 C.
