These applications include power consumption and substation monitoring as well as control and monitoring of power networks. CFE is the country's sole electric-power utility company.

Herley IndustriesHas been awarded a contract for the production of integrated microwave assemblies (IMAs) for the US Navy's P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft. The contract is valued at approximately $1 million.

Lockheed MartinHas been awarded a contract from NewSat Ltd. of Australia to build the Jabiru-1 satellite. Construction of the satellite, which will commence immediately, is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2014.

General DynamicsHas been awarded a five-year, $47-million follow-on contract to update and maintain the operational readiness of the US Army's Common Ground Stations (CGSs). General Dynamics will provide spare parts, assemblies, engineering support, and all other necessary logistics.
