With a long model number and even broader bandwidth, model PEC-42-1G40G-20-12-292MM from PMI is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with 42-dB gain and low noise figure across the frequency range from 1 to 40 GHz. It features a noise figure of 4.6 dB at 12 GHz and gain flatness of +/-2.5 dB across the full bandwidth. The LNA delivers typical output power of +20 dBm at 1-dB compression. It operates from a single +12-VDC supply and is equipped with 2.92-mm connectors. The LNA measures 1.37 x 1.0 x 0.6 in.
