The model CVCO55CC-2122-2242 is a voltage-controlled oscillator from Crystek that tunes from 2122 to 2242 MHz with tuning voltages of 0.5 to 4.5 V. It provides +7-dBm typical output power over that range with second harmonics suppressed by typically -15 dBc. The typical phase-noise performance is -105 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. Pulling and pushing are 1.5 MHz and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively. Ideal for applications in fixed wireless access systems, satellite-communications (satcom) systems, and digital microwave radios, the VCO is housed in a compact 0.5 x 0.5 in. surface-mount housing. It operates with maximum current consumption of 40 mA from a +5-VDC supply.
