Model CVCO55CC-2175-2175 is a voltage-controlled oscillator with fixed output frequency of 2175 MHz from Crystek. Ideal for use in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, the oscillator provides a voltage tuning range of approximately 0.5 to 4.5 V for making adjustments due to long-term aging effects. The VCO delivers +7 dBm typical output power and typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. Second harmonic suppression is typically-15 dBc, frequency pulling is 2.0 MHz, and pushing with supply voltage is 1.0 MHz/V. It draws 28 mA current from a +8-VDC supply. The oscillator is supplied in a 0.5 x 0.5 in. surface-mount package.
