The AHC series of fixed attenuations from Aeroflex is available for applications from DC to 6 GHz. The attenuations can be specified with values of 0 to 10 dB in 1-dB steps, 12, 15, 20, and 30 dB. The attenuation accuracy is 0.5 dB through 10 dB, 0.7 dB through 20 dB, and 0.9 dB for a 30-dB attenuator. The components, which are supplied with SMA connectors, handle power levels to 2 W CW with maximum VSWR of 1.20:1.
