Broadband devices call for broadband packages, and Tektronix Component Solutions has just announced their 30-GHz leadless-chip-carrier (LCC) package for applications in commercial and military communications. The high-frequency packages offer better than 15 dB return loss and less than 2 dB insertion loss across the operating frequency range.

"Our goal is to help customers achieve the next level of performance in their products," says Tom Buzak, President of Tektronix Component Solutions. "This new 30-GHz LCC platform will enable them to meet aggressive design goals to reduce size, weight, and power. Customers select our offering for their quality, reliability, and value. We help our customers achieve price and performance objectives with our turnkey design, assembly, and test services."
