Model UPC3236TK is a medium-power monolithic-microwave-integrated-circuit (MMIC) amplifier from California Eastern Laboratories and NEC fabricated on silicon-germanium-carbon substrates. It provides 38 dB of flat gain from 250 MHz to 2.6 GHz with typical noise figure of 2.6 dB. Housed in a RoHS-compliant TK surface-mount package measuring just 1.3 x 1.5 x 0.55 mm, the amplifier provides +11 dBm typical output power at 1-dB compression, with saturated output power of typically +15.5 dBm. It draws 24 mA typical current from supplies of +4.5 to +5.5 VDC.
