Model LDU50-CW is a Class AB pallet amplifier from Richardson Electronics designed for military applications from 50 to 1000 MHz. Based on two MRF9030LR1 LDMOS power transistors from Freescale Semiconductor, the pallet amplifier achieves 15 dB gain across the range with 50 W CW output power and gain flatness within +/-0.5 dB. The RoHS-compliant amplifier can operate into a load mismatch as severe as 2.0:1 at all phase angles. It is available with or without coaxial connectors.
