KARI-PEKKA "K.P." WILSKA has joined the board of directors at WiSpry, Inc. Wilska is a former Nokia North America President and one of the mobileindustry pioneers who helped to drive Nokia's rise to the largest wireless-handset supplier in the world. According to Russ Garcia, WiSpry's CEO, "Wilska's vast experience will help guide the WiSpry team down the most efficient path possible as we transition to large-scale production over the coming months." "I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the WiSpry team. Their technology and product roadmap have them well-positioned to become the leader in tunable RF solutions needed in multi-band 3G and 4G applications," states Wilska.

Alcatel-LucentKEN WIRTH has been appointed President of Alcatel-Lucent's 4G/LTE Wireless Networks. He will be responsible for the development, marketing, and delivery of the company's LTE solutions. He replaces Mary Chan, who has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside of the telecommunications-network-infrastructure segment.

Valpey Fisher Corp.GARY AMBROSINO and STEVEN SCHAEFER have been appointed to the board of directors. In addition, MARIO ALOSCO has been appointed Secretary of the corporation. Ambrosino is the Managing Director of clearValue strategies. He has 25 years of experience in general management, developing, executing, and measuring strategic/operating plans. He also was Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Secure Media. Schaefer is the President of Cobham Sensor Systems Strategic Business Unit. He has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry and an extensive background in engineering, business development, program management, and finance. Alosco has been a Director of Valpey-Fisher since 2004.

Intelsat General Corp.SKOT BUTLER has been named Director of Strategic Initiatives. He will lead the Intelsat General team working to win the Pentagon's $8 billion Future Commercial Satellite Communications Architecture (FCSA) contract, which will be awarded by the Defense Information Service Agency in 2010. Butler joined Intelsat General in 2006 as a founding member of the company's hosted payload team.

Molex, Inc.ANIRUDH DHEBAR has been appointed to the board of directors. Dhebar is a Professor of Marketing at Babson College in Babson Park, MA. His election expands the Molex board to 13 directors including nine outside directors.

Aitech Defense Systems, Inc.SHEPHARD GIRION has been named General Manager. He joined the company in 2005 as Vice President of Programs.

Canadian Circuits, Inc.MICHAEL SCHOEN has been appointed to a sales position in British Columbia.
