The TW series of temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) from TAITIEN Electronics is available at frequencies from 10 to 52 MHz in ceramic surface-mount packages measuring only 5.0 x 3.2 mm. The precision oscillators are capable of tight frequency stability of 0.1 PPM for temperatures from -20 to +70 deg. C and 0.28 PPM for temperatures from -40 to +85 deg. C. They offer either CMOS or clipped sine waveform outputs. The TW series TCXOs can be specified for supply voltages of +3.3 and +5.0 VDC. They are ideally suited for applications such as system clocks in GPS receivers and cellular femtocells.
