Model IPP-2136 is a 90-deg. hybrid coupler from Innovative Power Products with 100-W power-handling capability over a 10-to-1 bandwidth from 200 MHz to 2 GHz. The hybrid coupler features insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB with better than 1.40:1 VSWR. The phase balance is better than +/-5 deg. The hybrid coupler is supplied in a RoHS-compliant drop-in housing measuring just 3.30 x 1.00 in.
