Florida RF Labs is showing a new line of low-temperature-cofired-ceramic (LTCC) couplers at this year's IMS exhibition. Available in a variety of surface-mount-technology (SMT) packages for applications through 6 GHz, the couplers are configured as 3-dB hybrids, directional couplers (with coupling factors to 30 dB), and wideband designs. The LTCC couplers are 100-percent RF tested and RoHS and REACh compliant. They can be supplied in tape-and-reel packaging for automated-assembly production.
