Harris Corp.Pending the appointment of a successor by the company's board of directors, Howard L. Lance will remain in his current roles as Chairman, President, and CEO. Lance announced his intent to retire at the end of the next fiscal year (in June 2012), or until such time as a suitable replacement can be identified.
