Model ROS-2082-119+ is a surface-mount voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Mini-Circuits designed for use with phase-lock-loop (PLL) integrated circuits. It tunes from 170 to 2082 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 5.0 V and tuning sensitivity of typically 110 to 130 MHz/V.
