Model UPG2405T6Q from California Eastern Laboratories is a single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) switch ideal for a wide range of wireless applications, including Bluetooth, RFID, and wireless local area networks (WLANs). It is usable from 0.01 to 2.50 GHz with typical insertion loss of 0.45 dB at 1 GHz and 0.60 dB at 2.5 GHz. The switch operates with a control voltage of +2.8 VDC and can handle input power levels to +31 dBm. It features isolation of typically 28 dB at 1 GHz and 20 dB at 2.5 GHz. The SP3T switch is supplied in a 10-pin TSSON package measuring 2.0 x 1.35 x 0.4 mm.
