Model M4-10M10 is a broadband mixer from Marki Microwave capable of working with RF and local oscillator (LO) signals from 10 MHz to 10 GHz and providing downconverted intermediate-frequency (IF) signals from DC to 250 MHz. The conversion loss is typically only 8 dB, with LO-to-RF isolation of typically 32 dB and LO-to-IF isolation of typically 25 dB. The mixer has an input 1-dB compression point of typically +3 dBm, with an option for performance to typically +6 dBm. The third-order intercept point is typically +13 dBm, with an option for performance to +16 dBm when the mixer is constructed with medium-barrier diodes.
