The 1801 series of phase-stable cable assemblies from IW provide low attenuation at microwave frequencies. With typical cable diameter of 0.180 in., the cables exhibit 0.33 dB/ft. attenuation at 18 GHz. Well suited for airborne and satellite-communications (satcom) applications, these cables offer typical VSWR of 1.20:1 for a 4-ft.-long cable assembly with SMA connectors through 18 GHz. The firm's 1501 series cable assemblies with the same length and 2.92-mm connectors exhibits typical VSWR of 1.25:1 or better to 40 GHz.
