Model SFS1720A-LF is a fixed-frequency L-band synthesizer from Z-Communications designed for operation at 1720 MHz. It delivers +6 dBm output power with spurious content of only -70 dBc and second harmonics of -15 dBc. The phase noise is typically -96 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The unit runs with voltage-controlled-oscillator (VCO) supply of +5 VDC and 35 mA typical current and phase-lock-loop voltage of +3 VDC and 9 mA typical current. The synthesizer is supplied in a PLL-V12N package measuring 0.60 in. x 0.60 in. x 0.13 in.
