Modeling specialist Modelithics has announced the availability of a series of nonlinear device models for the Advanced Design System (ADS) design environment from Agilent Technologies. The new nonlinear device models include transistors from Excelics, silicon bipolar, heterojunction-bipolar-transistor (HBT), and LDMOS devices from NEC, and GaAs HFET and pHEMT devices from TriQuint Semiconductor. In addition, the firm recently expanded its System Level Component (SLC) library, including new amplifier, filter, and transformer models, for use in the ADS environment.
